My perfect company is one that my not be the biggest or the best, but one that just gets the job done. I really wouldn't care about the diversity just about the productivity. The reason that a business is around is to provide a good or service so why would i waste my employees time with meetings about diversity. Culture is a different thing to me, my place of work would be one where no one would feel stress from other peoples cultures. Benefits would be earned not given, the longer you work for the company the better your benefits get. To start out you would get basic health coverage and the regular stuff, but the more your years stacked up you would earn dental, eye, and others.
The type of manager I see my self being is one of a stricter nature, but also some one that you can relate to, I wouldn't try to distance my self from my employees.

Amazing New Google Thingy
Wow what can't google do, now they can search for what you want while you're typing it. What are they gonna do next read our minds. Seriously though its really an amazing technollogy, google is now about twice as fast.
